With more than 27 added value processing machines, including advanced cutting, forming, machining and testing equipment, we can support projects that need more than stock supply – from laser cut profiles and formed parts to cold drawn bar and processed stainless plate.

Fibre laser cutting – the latest high power 30 kW laser cutting systems for precise profiling of stainless steel
Waterjet cutting – the UK’s largest 14 m x 4 m waterjet for very large plates, thick sections and mixed materials
Hi definition plasma cutting and oxy fuel – efficient profiling of thicker plate for structural and heavy fabrication work
CNC machining – milling, turning, drilling and bevelling for finished or semi-finished components
Press brakes – folding and forming of stainless and other metals for brackets, frames and fabrications
Cold drawn bar manufacturing – production of strain hardened cold drawn stainless, duplex, super duplex and nickel alloy bar with linishing, roll marking and chamfering services
